Due to internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Receptionist/Administrator based at our busy Head Office in Rugby.

This role really is at the heart of our business and the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming all visitors to our office, handling inbound queries, distributing internal and external mail, updating online systems including our CRM database and awarding bodies’ registration systems and undertaking various day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the business and much more.

As well as enjoying a varied workload where no two days are ever the same, you will be joining a small and friendly administration team who will support you whilst you work towards your qualification in Customer Service.
