Lauren Gamble recently completed her Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship. Marketing positions are found in every sector and industry across commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

The purpose of the Multi-Channel Marketer role is to support customer-focused marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness-raising and perception-building to generate results.

Lauren Gamble has recently received a merit for the qualification. Lauren said that she chose to do an apprenticeship because she knew that university wasn’t for her.

“I struggled in school due to learning better when I am physically doing what I am learning. Apprenticeships showed me that there are other options available other than sixth form and University, despite not being told this at school.”

After Lauren achieved her Level 3 qualification, she has moved into a new specialised content creation role to further her career.

When beginning an apprenticeship with us, we will work with the employer and apprentice to understand the course and what is expected from both the learner and employer, but we will also outline an individualised training plan that is tailored to their needs. This enables us to have strong relationships with both parties.

What are the benefits?

Apprenticeships are a brilliant way to kickstart your career if you feel that no other options will suit you as you are learning and getting a qualification; whilst also being paid. We are Ofsted rated ‘good’ and rank highly in the government’s database of apprenticeship providers for schools; we are actually top in the country for Associate Project Management, Team Leader Level 3 and Marketing Level 3 as a result of our pass rate and employer satisfaction ratings. Lauren told us that the apprenticeship has helped her further her knowledge on what she truly enjoys and that “Apprenticeships are a great start in life and it has helped me learn in the real world.”

We tailor all of our courses to fit the learners needs by creating training programmes and scheduling frequent meeting with the educators so that they can get the best result possibly out of their apprenticeship. Lauren finished with, “I found the training programme very helpful. My educator Ben was always an email or teams call away when I needed help. It’s great to have the time to learn and also have the time to go off and practice these skills.

We asked Lauren what advice she would give to someone thinking about doing and apprenticeship “Go for it. It’s a great way to learn while also being paid. I was never told about how good the benefits were for doing an apprenticeship”
