We are looking for a talented and target driven Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team, based at our busy Head Office in Rugby, this role will cover the full marketing mix of digital and offline channels to engage and inspire employers, young people, their families and the wider general public.
- A proactive and motivated marketing lead/ manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills and written English
- Strong digital marketing skills to include e-marketing and social media
- Strong creative skills – video, design and photographic
- Your own transport
We offer full training and support a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications plus travel expenses. 33 days holiday allowance, rising to 38 after time served period. Company pension and healthcare scheme and a recruitment referral incentive.
Our working hours are 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required. Full training, support and opportunities for continuing professional development are also delivered as standard.
