We are looking for a confident and professional Administrator to join our team. The objective of this new role is to provide administrative support to senior management team for Heart of England Training.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing daily administrative tasks to include record keeping, photocopying and filing

Preparation and typing of reports, documents and minutes

Offer a centralised point of contact and where practicable provide answers to enquiries from Internal and External stakeholders

Planning and prioritising own workload

To liaise fully and consistently with key staff to maintain an efficient and coordinated workflow.

Strong business administration skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Discretion and confidentiality at its highest level

A confident problem-solver, who is flexible with an ability to work well under pressure

Keen eye for detail

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels

High level of initiative and particularly self-motivated

Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office packages

We offer a competitive salary plus travel expenses. 33 days holiday allowance, rising to 38 after time served period. Company pension and healthcare scheme and a recruitment referral incentive. Our working hours are 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required. Full training, support and opportunities for continuing professional development are also delivered as standard.
