Marketing positions are found in every sector and industry across commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations. The purpose of the Multi-Channel Marketer role is to support customer-focused marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness-raising and perception-building to generate results. As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Assistant will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans with the focus on promoting their business. Ideally, they will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day marketing activities across a multiple of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.

The Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard is a nationally recognised route to a wide variety of office professions.
The average UK salary for a person in a Marketing Assistant role, qualified to level 3, is £20,000-£25,000.

Course content

Assessment
For the End-Point Assessment, you will produce a Project Report based on a work-based project. The report should not exceed 2,500 words. A presentation pack should be included as a brief on the project, as well as an interview based on the portfolio of evidence
Earn while you learn
You will be paid a minimum of £5.28 per hour (the apprenticeship wage is reviewed in April each year). Apprentices do not pay for their training: an apprenticeship is government-funded (sometimes your employer will make a contribution to the course costs, depending on your age).
Options and pay
The apprenticeship is usually full time employed with a local employer.

How long does it take to complete?
The average length of time on-programme is up to 21 months, although it can be tailored to suit your needs.
